“Discussions To Develop Mind And Energy”
Australia/New Zealand Cruise aboard the “Voyager Of The Seas”
From 07 December To 18 December 2013

Discussions To Develop Mind And Energy

Through spiritual practice, we contribute our share and develop our energy fully,
As our consciousness evolves toward clarity and lucidity,We no longer hold to hopes and illusions,
Practicing equally on the earthly and spiritual paths, we achieve harmony and purity,
With compassionate love and infinite guidance, There is no difficulty.
Master Lương Sĩ Hằng  - Vĩ Kiên

Dear Vo-Vi Friends,
At the 31st International Vo-Vi Convention 2012 “Joyful Reunion And Happy Encounter” in Garden Grove, California, Vo-Vi attendees voted for the location to organize the 32nd International Vo-Vi Convention, and the Australia/New Zealand cruise was chosen with 181 votes.
We have examined many cruise itineraries during the year 2013 at various times of the year (including November 2013), but there was no suitable cruise ship with a large conference room except for the “Voyager Of the Seas” in the month of December, 2013, sailing through Australia and New Zealand.
The 32nd International Vo-Vi Convention “Discussions To Develop Mind And Energy” will be held on the “Voyager Of The Seas” from 7 December to 18 December 2013. December is the beginning of summer in Australia and New Zealand; the climate is temperate, but not too hot. The average temperature in Sydney varies from 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. New Zealand is cooler, with an average temperate from 12 to 23 degrees Celsius.
The ship will depart from Sydney, the largest city in Australia, and stop in Melbourne, which is ranked second, and is also renowned as the city of art and culture of Australia. From there, you will visit Wellington (the capital of New Zealand), Christchurch, the second largest city of NZ, and Dunedin. In addition, the cruise ship will stop in Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound and Dusky Sound. These places have a magical landscape and are very hard to reach by land. Usually, visitors have a long and dangerous drive to reach these locations; then they will need to hire smaller boats to reach these ocean bays.
Since 31 years, this is the first time that an International Vo-Vi Convention is held in Australia. This is a unique opportunity for all Vo-Vi friends from the five continents to meet and discuss together, to share their spiritual experiences and grow spiritually, and visit Australia and New Zealand.

Time And Period
From 7 December to 18 December 2013 (11 nights)
Cruise Ship  “Voyager Of The Seas” of the Royal Caribbean International Company, with 138,000 tons, and a capacity of 3114 passengers. There is a dedicated conference room with 400 people capacity. Every night, we can meditate together for 11 nights. In the days where the ship is docked, those of you who do not wish to visit onshore can relax onboard or participate in group discussions in the conference room.

You can download the Registration Form from www.vovinet.org and send email to the Registration Team as early as possible to reserve your desired cabin onboard, as the number of cabins in each category is very limited.
The registration fees include the cruise price, port taxes (275 USD per person), and government taxes (148.43 USD per person). In addition, the organization committee will be responsible for transportation from the hotel to the Sydney Harbor, and this cost will be included in the registration fees. At final payment, there is an additional 128.15 USD gratuities per person to cover the gratuities for the cruise personnel. Gratuities are pre-paid as we travel in a group.
Currently, Royal Caribbean offers a 50 USD onboard credit per cabin on the cruise, and you can use this credit for additional expenses onboard. In consequence, each person in a double cabin will receive 25 USD credit, or 12.50 USD credit for a 4-people cabin. Since this offer can change any time, please register early to take advantage of it.
We will announce details for the hotel stay before and after the cruise later. For Vo-Vi friends residing overseas, please plan to be in Sydney no later than 6 December 2013, to avoid being late for the cruise. For example, Vo-Vi friends in the USA will have to depart the USA no later than 4 December 2013 (which is 5 December 2013 in Sydney) to arrive in Sydney on 6 December 2013.
We hope to see you again at the International Vo-Vi Convention 2013 “Discussions To Develop Mind And Energy”,
Yours respectfully,

The Organization Committee for Vo-Vi International Conventions

New Zealand (Milford Sound, Christchurch, Doubtful Sound)
